A live map
Real player positions drawn on the official Liberty County map, with 911 calls plotted where they were dropped. Draw your own regions — a safezone, a spawn, a district — and write rules about them.

Dispatch
The game's own 911s and mod calls arrive on the board the moment they happen. Assign a unit by dragging it onto a call, and reach them in game over the radio.

Automations
When something happens in game, do something about it. Kills, joins, wanted levels, 911s, plate checks, regions and commands, narrowed by conditions and answered with roles, messages, punishments or in-game commands.

Tickets
Ticket types with their own categories, support roles and transcripts, plus an assistant that answers from your own FAQ library before a human has to.

Sessions and shifts
Start a session, announce it, and watch the server fill. Staff clock on and off, with quotas, a leaderboard and a shift log that closes itself when somebody leaves the game.

Staff moderation
Warnings, kicks, bans and BOLOs against players in game, filed from Discord or typed in game with a semicolon command. Every action logged whether or not the game accepted it.

Roblox verification
Members link their Roblox account through Roblox's own sign-in. Nicknames and roles are applied automatically, and your password is never typed here.

Built on PRC's own API
Sample Bot is a registered ER:LC public application. Your server key is encrypted at rest, used only for your own server, and can be removed at any time from Discord. The in-game radio is rate limited in code to stay inside PRC's API guidelines.
